A few years ago, we tried something new and ran our first “Customer Loyalty Sale”. We wanted to do something to say “Thank You” to our amazing customers who we literally could not run this business without! You guys loved it and it was an instant hit, so we decided to make it a staple sale! We know Milk+Honey would be nothing without you and your amazing support and we want to give you a special opportunity to add to your beautiful collection at a discounted price - because we love you! If you have already ordered inclusion jewelry from us before (even if you haven’t sent in your milk yet) and you would like to order again, you are eligible for this sale! (Orders using a NEW batch of milk are not eligible for the sale price - sorry!) The sale only runs a few day, so don’t wait!!!

We asked our team to each write a little “Thank You” note to our customers. Some are short and simple, but they are all 100% heart felt. We cannot say it enough, but thank you, thank you, thank you!


I love our customers because their stories of bravery, strength and love are so beautiful to be a part of! I love that they are vulnerable to share this special season with us and that we get to be a part of commemorating such amazing moments in their lives! Thank you SO much for coming back! As we print and organize orders we read through hundreds of names and order numbers. It’s hard to count how many names and numbers we look at in one day. We read the stories and design details and sometimes it is quickly forgotten. When your repeat orders come in, I recognize your names. It jogs my memory and I remember your stories, your designs, and all that you have shared with us. It allows me to make a connection with you, even though we have never met. Handling customers' jewelry is always special, but recognizing a name and remembering previous jewelry makes it even more special for me. I appreciate your creativity and your sentiment, and it is an honor to be able to have a hand in something that means so much to you that you just need more. I LOVE all of our customers, but especially our repeat customers! It's so fun seeing their new orders come through and reading the newest parts of their story or hearing that they had a new baby. While I've never met them, I start to feel like I know them through the stories they share on their orders and the pictures they sometimes send.

Where I work on the customer service end, I often feel very blessed to be able to communicate via email with our customers. Many have shared some of the hardships of motherhood through those emails and I love that I have an opportunity to encourage mothers who are in the thick of it and let them know that they are doing an amazing job and they are enough for their kids! I truly feel that we have created a community of moms who encourage and support one another!

As a mom of three myself, I know that our jewelry is very special and worth far more to each of our customers than the price tag - it's something special that will be cherished and loved for years to come! I am so grateful that I am a part of an amazing team that offers such sweet pieces that hold even sweeter memories! And I am so grateful for our amazing customers who are so often gracious and kind! From the sweet message we receive (via email, in the milk shipment packages, or after they receive their jewelry) to the fun treats they sometimes send in and share with us, our customers are the BEST customers, hands down!

To our amazing customers: THANK YOU! Your orders support our team of amazing women, and in my case, is what allows my kids to play soccer, wrestling, dance, and more. Thank you for the sweet, encouraging notes and emails, for "keeping it real" in your stories, for investing in a special memory and keepsake for yourself and your kids, but also for investing in our small business and the families of the women who run it. When we started this business, I prayed that our business would, at the very least, do one thing: serve our customers well. Everything we do stems from that one mission. I prayed that if we focused on that one goal, the business would succeed as a result. And because you have continued to support our business, we have continued add to our team, and now we have two missions: serve our customers well, and serve our employees even better. Your orders provide food on the tables of six families, plus our two local family-owned businesses that manufacture most of our jewelry for us. Without you, our business and incomes would not exist, and we would not be able to invest into our Grieving Mother’s Program.

When you purchase jewelry from Milk + Honey, receiving sentimental, sacred, and invaluable custom jewelry with your own precious inclusions would be enough. But, it’s almost like there’s a bonus attached to it. When you purchase jewelry, you also get the heart and soul of all of us, poured into your order. If you’ve ordered with us already, you know this! We prioritize customer service, communication, updates on your milk and order, handwritten thank you notes (no matter how busy we are), etc. You provide opportunities for our kids, for ballet lessons, soccer, volleyball, and baseball. You are literally running the United States economy. I know that sounds dramatic, but it’s the truth. Our economy is struggling right now and the very best way you can spend your hard earned dollar is to invest it into small business. You are giving another grieving mother an opportunity to wear the breast milk, lock of hair, or ashes of her baby that is no longer with her. For all of that, we are forever grateful to you. For as long as we exist, we will store your milk and we will continue to offer you these opportunities and sales. Because it is truly the least we can do.
